those pics were before a water change so the waters a little lellow in some of them and all the big snails have been shipped out to my larger tank leaving only the 2 small lellows, 2 small whites, a tiny purple and a browny coloured one, these four colours came from 2 or 3 different egg clutches laid between 4 lellow snails and a purple snail

well the nitrates were >100ppm (mg/l) probably around the 150 mark as a 30% water change on saturday did nothing to bring it to the scale, but a 50% change on monday brought them to 60ppm as my tap water only has ~3ppm nitrate
so i think it mustta been the heat killing some (a small guppy went missing as well, presumeably the fighters belly) of the shrimp which i couldnt see through the plants so just rotted making this happen
the fry are almost free swimming

It could have been a combo of high nitrates and heat.
The weather is weird here....one day it's humid and so hot and the next it's rainy and cool. The temps in my tanks are so up and down it's unreal.
