I get some condensation in my heated tank, but not that much. usually just a little and it doesnt offend my snails as far as i have noticed! it just happens cuz the heat mat causes some of the moisture in the soil to evaporate. having said that the substrate shouldnt be soaked and i have read that fulica dont like very damp soil, bit tigers and margies prefere moister conditions I'm sure paul will have more info on this cuz he knows a lots about individual snail species from his research

I get condensation in my heated tank, it can't be helped. None of my snails seem to mind at all.
As a consequence, I don't spray very often in that tank, there is no need - spraying is usually to increase humidity rather than wetness if you see what I mean. I just take the lid off for an hour or so every few days to let it dry out. It is back soon enough though, and it is ventilated, perhaps not as good as my other tanks.
I think, if it was dripping wet constantly, that would be a problem, a little condensation isn't such a bad thing.

Last thing, snails are generally more active with higher humidity anyway, something that is hard to maintain in a well ventilated tank. I know people cover tanks with damp towels etc.
The reason you hear so much about good ventilation is coz stuffy, hot, humid air is a "forcing house" for bacteria. Regularly removing food and faeces and stirring the substrate up regularly stops that being a problem in my experience.
