Yeah sure we can help out there what type of snail is it? Is it a applesnail or a viv ramshorn etc..there are 2 ways of sending these snails one in a tub or the other in moss but let me know what type you want to send.

Hi Sarah
Personally this is how i would and have sent those species.
A small round tuppaware container , put about half an inch of water in the bottom. I then put the snails in and then wet spagnum moss in the top to pack it out , put the lid on and tape down. Wrap the container is bubble wrap and place in a small box , use old scrunched up news paper or that white fluffy stuff out of quilts etc to keep the tub securely in the middle of the box.
That should sort you out , I have never had a death with shipping snails out .... I only send next day delivery so I don't know how that method would work if the snails were in transit over a few days. I have sent like that to Ireland and had no problems , soooo that method seems to work for those species.
Hope that helps
Daz

I am just worried because i know a lot of species breath air and that if they are locked in a container they might suffocate and i didn't want to put them in with no water incase they dried out or incase any of the species don't breathe air and also suffocated.

They will be fine sarah with a over night delivery{we would never send them cheap post} now Daz make's it sound like it's a breeze he gets bothered too and anyone who has had snails of us will see Daz's handy work of a air pipe in the packaging LOL but it's worked we have not had any dead or damaged.
