Hello everyone, I have drifted over here from petsnails forum in an attempt to solve a problem.
I am attempting to make my own liquid calcium, using Calcium Carbonate and purified water, what I need to know is how can I make the Calcium Carbonate mix with the water more effectively or stop it from seperating, I was thinking of adding bicarbonate but Im not sure of the mixes/ratios of Calcium Carbonate to water/bicarbonate etc.
I would want to be making it up in Litre batches.
Can anyone help me out, or is it just a case of mixing it with the water and shaking the bottle when I want to use it? if so what amound of Calcium should I add to 1 litre of water?
Thank you all very much in advance.
